- Where's my order?
- Please provide your order details to info@erafricanolinestore.com. Details should include order number, email and Name on order. If your order has been shipped you should receive a tracking number to help track the status of your shipment.
- How long will my order take to get to me?
- We generally process all orders within 1 - 3 business days. And shipping can ranges from one business day to seven business days depending on the method of shipping selected. Please note that we're unfortunately experiencing some delays with shipping currently, due to Covid-19 but we are working tirelessly to make sure your orders are not impacted. Please note that all orders on weekends including next day Air will be processed on the next business.
- Where are you based?
- We're based in Texas but operate purely as an e-commerce store, so we don't actually have a physical location except for our warehouse where we ship from.

- We ship to anywhere in the United States.
- How much is shipping?
- Shipping is generally based on the the weight of the item and how far we're shipping it. Heavier items or shipments to locations further away from Texas also impact shipping cost. We are currently offering free shipping on all orders over $50. We also offer flat rate shipping based on the weight of your order.
