Kilishi, also called Kilichi is the spicy Nigerian/African Beef Jerky. This is one of those Nigerian snacks that you can eat till your chin pain you yet you will not want to stop.

Kilishi can be likened to Suya due to their similarities in ingredient, but the major difference is in  the preparation and texture.
Traditionally, Kilishi is dried under the sun's intense heat for about 3 days, but it can also be made in your kitchen in under 3 hours.
