We ordered some kola nut bags on July 19. One bag had arrived fully opened, with kola nuts loose in the shipping box. On the back of the bag it states “Do not buy if the seal of the packet is opened”. On July 22, we informed them that one of the bags was open upon arrival. Then on July 23 we included a photo of the opened bag. Then on July 24 they asked us to send an additional photo in order to verify the quantity and packaging condition and work toward a resolution. They said that once they receive these additional photos they would take the next steps to resolve this for us promptly. On August 17, I sent 3 more photos which show that this unsealed bag got prematurely moldy or rotten. We haven't heard back from them. Hopefully you won't have this same experience, but we wanted to warn you that our experience has been less than stellar. We haven't decided if we will ever order from them again.
