Dried ugu leaves - 2oz
Dried ugu leaves also called pumpkin leaves, are perfect addition to a variety of soups such as Egusi soup, okra and ogbonno soup. Ugu leaves contain a number of vitamins and minerals and is a good source of dietary fiber.
Preparation: Soak in cool water for about 30 minutes to allow leaves soften prior to use.
Store in a cool dry place.
