Dried Uziza Leaves is a perfect addition to a variety of soups such as Egusi soup, okra and ogbonno soup. Uziza leaves contain a number of vitamins and minerals and is a good source of dietary fiber.
Preparation: Soak in hot water for about 5 minutes and drain. Rinse with warm water and then add to cooking.
